The location was quiet yet convenient for getting around. Public transport is just a short walk away. Housekeeping did a great job. My room was very clean and well-maintained. The triple room had enough space for my family, a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the shower pressure left a lot to be desired, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, a bit inconvenient. A mini-fridge would have been nice to have, especially during hot days. I appreciated the friendly staff and the responsiveness of the housekeeping team, but improvements are needed in the amenities and shower facilities.

Think that this well priced hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Very very helpful staff, great views of mountains behind, everything is fine. Near the venue you can find a tram station.

The shower pressure was quite disappointing, making it difficult to get a good rinse after a long day of exploring.

Had a decent stay! The triple room offered spacious family accommodations, and housekeeping kept things clean. Only downside was the shower pressure. Definitely could've been better. Easy access to trams made exploring Florence a breeze.

It had great parking place for those travelling with a car. Good when you are travelling in Italy and want to leave the car and walk. The place is a bit far away from the centre, but it is well connected until 1am by BUS. Breakfast could be improved, but it is good anyways.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was reasonably priced, had decent location very close to the tram. The staff were very amiable, everything was perfectly fine. Appreciated staying at the spotlessly clean king room with an amazing view of the mountains.

Family with children, suitable for budget travelers
The staff was friendly and helpful always were good. Housekeeping did a great job, fresh towels every day which was a lifesaver with the little ones running around.
It wasn't exactly economical but still did the job.
