The location was quiet yet convenient for getting around. Public transport is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Florence. Housekeeping did a great job. my room was very clean and well-maintained. The triple room had enough space for my family, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the shower pressure left a lot to be desired, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. A mini-fridge would have been nice to have, especially during hot days.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The shower pressure was quite disappointing, making it difficult to get a good rinse after a long day of exploring.

Had a decent stay! The triple room offered spacious family accommodations, and housekeeping kept things clean. Only downside was the shower pressure. definitely could've been better. Easy access to trams made exploring Florence a breeze.

Family with children, suitable for budget travelers
The staff was friendly and helpful always, made me feel welcomed even though we were a bit hectic with the kids. Housekeeping did a great job, fresh towels every day which was a lifesaver with the little ones running around.
It wasn't exactly economical but still did the job.

Decent stay, a few hiccups
We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were super friendly! The room was clean, which was nice. Close to the tram for easy access to the city. Just wish the shower pressure was better and the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby. Breakfast could've used some more options too!
